Is that a Half Marathon on my schedule? Why yes it is! I haven't run one in almost 2 years, so I want to see if all of this Ultra training can pay off with a PR (for me that's going to have to be sub 1:40:00).
The Yamacraw is a 50K trail run through parts of the Daniel Boone National Forest as well as the Big South Fork. This will be my first time to run it, and I'm really looking forward to it! It's a point to point run, no cups allowed with a generous 11 hour cut off time.

I think I'll go for a PR on the mini this year. It's a mostly flat course, but the weather has been up and down over the years! I hope it's better than when I bonked in 2017!
